These Terms set out the conditions for using NanoHaus (the "Service") and the rights and duties between members and the operator.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the use of a private, family-scoped home page service. The Service offers no public-to-the-internet feature; sharing is limited in principle to your family and connected families.
Article 2 (Accounts and Registration)
Registration takes place by creating a family or accepting an invitation.
Members are responsible for safeguarding their own account, password and passkeys.
Article 3 (Child Accounts)
Creating and using an account for a child under 14 requires the consent of a legal guardian.
Content written by a child becomes visible outside the family (to connected families) only after a guardian approves it.
Article 4 (Content and Visibility)
Copyright in photos, posts, guestbook entries and the like remains with the member who created them.
The Service displays content only according to its visibility setting (private / family / connected families).
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct and Sanctions)
Infringing others' rights and posting unlawful or harmful content are prohibited.
Upon a report or a policy breach, the operator may hide content or restrict use of a family space or account.
Article 6 (Sesame and Other In-Service Goods)
Sesame is virtual currency granted as a reward for in-service activity. It has no cash value and is not refundable.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability and Changes to the Terms)
Liability is limited for service interruptions caused by natural disasters or other force majeure.
Changes to these Terms will be announced in advance; material changes may require renewed consent.
